Vacation

We are back from our 13 day vacation. We drove thru 9 states and stayed in many of them. It was fun but alot of driving. Ryan did an amazing job in the car. I do not think it would have gone so well had he not been such a trooper. Since we did so much I will just highlight some of the things in a couple of blogs.

Our first stop was Oregon where we spent 4th of July with Bill's parents. Bill's parents Church own a camp and so we went out there and had a barbecue picnic lunch. It was alot of fun and pretty relaxing. Bill was able to see some friends from High School that he hadn't seen in a while which was nice for him.

Bill spent alot of time at this camp as a camper and a counselor so it was neat for him to show Ryan around and let him experience it.

Later that night we went and saw some fireworks and did some sparklers. They had three different shows going on one right after the other and so we just turned our chairs and watched each show.

Ryan really enjoyed the fireworks which was such a change from last year. He even did sparklers whereas last year he wanted nothing to do with them. It just shows how he is growing up.

It was a very nice 4th of July.
