We continued the birthday celebrations on the 25th when Ryan officially turned 6. We started the evening with dinner at the macaroni grill. He got to open presents and then was sung happy birthday in Italian by one of the waitresses. Bill's dad was visiting for the weekend and so it was fun to have Grandpa Tom with us to celebrate.

There was an elderly woman eating dinner next to us with her daughter. When they were leaving she came up to our table and said happy birthday to Ryan. She then looked at me and said you have such well behaved boys and they are a joy to be at a restaurant with. What a blessing to my mother's heart!! She had no idea how happy she made me by saying that.

After dinner we went bowling. I had not been bowling in forever and had forgotten how fun it was. The boys had a good time. The ball was dropped a couple of times and at one point Ryan threw his into another lane :) but all in all we had a good time.

Happy 6th Birthday Ryan
