For our last big event we went to Northwest Trek. It is a zoo but it also has a tram ride that takes you out to areas where the animals are free roaming. When we got there it was pretty cold and so the boys got new sweatshirts and my mom wore Bill's. Luckily I had one for me and Claire in the car... I mean being from California who wears a sweatshirt in July??? Anyways, it was a great day. Our friend Kim from college met us there with her three kids. It was nice to have them there and for Ryan, Blake and Claire to have friends to play with.
One thing about being in the northwest you are surrounded by beautiful nature and it make for great background for you pictures.
Claire and Grace had fun together.
The tram ride was great. We saw lots of elk, moose, sheep, deer and buffalo.
All the kids loved looking at the beaver swimming in the water.
